In addition to using the ReachOut Chrome Extension to load prospects into your projects, you can also perform bulk uploads via the "Upload CSV" feature.
To use this feature, go to the relevant project in the ReachOut application, and click the "Upload CSV" button in the upper right. See screenshot below:
When you click on the "Upload CSV" button, you'll be prompted to select a file. The file you upload must be formatted in so-called "CSV" format. Typically this is done by exporting and Excel document or Google Sheets document to CSV format.
The document MUST have two columns labeled "Name" and "Headline". The "Name" column has the full name of the prospect, such as "Adam Smith", and the "Headline" column contains a summary of the prospect, such as "Engineering Manager at Apple".
The document MAY also contain two additional columns, labeled "Profile" and "Email". The "Profile" column contains a URL link to the prospect's social network profile, such as their LinkedIn Profile page. The "Email" contains a known email address for the prospect.
Note that for every record, either a "Profile" or "Email" must be specific or the record will be ignored.
These prospects will be loaded directly into the Project. If the Project is enabled, and an email found for the prospect, they will immediately be moved into an active email campaign.
