Greenhouse Integration

ReachOut supports integration with the Greenhouse ATS (https://www.greenhouse.io/).

Once integration is complete, when new candidates are added to a project, the prospects are uploaded to your Greenhouse account as prospects.

To make this work, you need to create a Greenhouse API key.  Log into Greenhouse and click on the "Configure" icon in the upper right.  Go to "Dev Center" -> "API Credentials".  Click "Create New API Key", and create one for ReachOut.  You will enter this API key in the ReachOut portal.

In the ReachOut portal, click "ATS Integration" -> "Greenhouse" and enter your API key in the Greenhouse API Key field.

You will also need the Greenhouse "User ID" of the user that the changes will be made "on behalf of".  To access the User ID, again go back to the Greenhouse site, click the "Configure" icon and click "Users".  Find the correct Greenhouse user and click on their record.  You'll find their User ID in the URL, for example, in the screenshot below, the User ID is "5092141002".

You'll need to enter that User ID in the ReachOut Portal.  In the Greenhouse User ID field.

If these have been submitted correctly, you will get a positive response and these credentials are set.

The last thing you need to do is enter the correct Greenhouse "Job ID" for every project you want to sync with Greenhouse.  To access the Job ID for a particular Greenhouse Job, go to the Greenhouse site and click on "Jobs" at the top.  Find the correct Job and click on it to open it's record.  You'll find the Job ID in the URL.  For example:

This job "Job Template" has Job ID "4837313002".  Enter this Job ID into the ReachOut Project page under the Greenhouse Job ID field.
