ReachOut and 3rd Party Cookies

ReachOut currently requires that 3rd Party Cookies be enabled in Chrome.  Without these, it is currently not possible for us to authenticate the user within the Chrome Extension.

We are working to remove this restriction, and expect this to happen in Q1 2023.

For the time being, please enable 3rd Party Cookies by following these instructions:

1. Within Chrome, click on the 3 dots to the right of "Update" in the upper-right of the screen and click "Settings".  See:

2. Within Settings, click "Privacy and security" -> "Cookies and other site data".

3. Now select either "Block third-party cookies in Incognito" or "Allow all cookies".

Now you can go to the relevant page and reload, and you should be good to go.
